OUR RULES OF LIVING TOGETHER
Okay, so there are going to be a lot of us. And when you get together with a lot of people, you have to make agreements. In this way, together we ensure that the Hope Happening is very demure, very mindful and very respectful. Check out our seven rules of living together:
- Participate actively
- Give yourself and others a good night's sleep
- Leave your own spirits at home
- Drink in moderation
- We do not tolerate drugs
- Mutual consent! Never overstep someone's boundaries
- Take care of each other, okay?
IF IT DOESN'T FEEL OKAY, THEN IT IS NOT OKAY.
Do we really need to say this? Look out for each other and respect each other's boundaries. Behavior that crosses the line - whether it is psychological, physical, mental or sexual - is really not acceptable. So we do not bully, discriminate or touch someone without asking. It is point six of our rules of cohabitation, but we have zero tolerance for this.
A LOT OF HELP THAT HELPS.
Do you want to report a situation? Did you have a bad experience yourself? Do you feel that your boundaries have been crossed, then there is always help.
- Come to our safe space or call 0032 474 01 07 52
- Urgent police assistance: call 112
- Questions about sexual violence: call 1712
But above all, have a lot of fun at the Hope Happening!
